Swansea City have all but given up their pursuit of signing former on-loan player Jonathan De Guzman on a permanent deal, with the midfielder still stalling over where he wishes to spend his near future. Southampton manager Ronald Koeman is stepping up his chase for Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez, according to The Daily Express.
