Dutch international discusses Barca and Man United move

Ajax defender Daley Blind has spoke about a move away from the club and said that he is tempted by Barcelona and Manchester United.

The Dutch international has been strongly linked with a summer exit from Ajax, with both Barca and United linked in making a move.

The 24-year-old played an important part in Netherlands World Cup campaign and is said to have impressed former national boss Louis van Gaal and new Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique.

And, he has discussed how he would find it hard to turn down a move to either, if they made a serious offer.

“Of course, it’s flattering when you’re linked with clubs like Manchester United and Barcelona,” Blind told Goal.com.

“It would be very hard to turn down these kind of clubs. But there’s no serious interest as of yet.

“You can never make promises in football. When you make a promise, you have to stick to it. There are plenty of players who promise to stay and then leave after all. I am keeping my options open. I am very happy in Amsterdam and at Ajax, but you never know what could happen.”
