Newcastle United winger Jonas Gutierrez has been given the all-clear after receiving cancer treatment. The Argentine winger was diagnosed with testicular cancer earlier this year and has been undergoing treatment in his native country. The 31-year-old was forced to have his left testicle removed and has undergone chemotherapy treatment. “Today I was given a medical discharge. Thank you very much to all who accompanied me at this time, especially my family, my parents, brothers, godmother and friends,” Gutierrez announced on Twitter.
