Man United reject PSG offer for Belgian winger

Adnan Januzaj’s agent has revealed that Manchester United have rejected an approach from Paris Saint Germain.

The 19-year-old has failed to live up to his hype and been unable to hold down a regular starting place in Louis van Gaal’s side, making just 13 appearances this season in all competitions.

Interest from a number of European clubs in the Belgian winger has developed heavily since before December with the likes of Inter Milan, Real Sociedad and Paris Saint Germain all credited with interest.

And, the youngster’s agent, Dirk de Vriese has admitted that United have recently turned down a loan move from the French champions.

“Yes, PSG have shown themselves to be interested this winter,” De Vriese told Foot Mercato.

“They directly contacted Manchester United for information.

“Louis van Gaal announced that Adnan cannot leave this winter, either permanently or on loan.

“The coach considers him as an important player for squad. He is counting on everyone.

“It seems like a final decision, I don’t think that it will change.”
