Stoke City set to sign Barcelona duo on loan

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes is ready to make a double loan move for Barcelona duo Adama Traore and Sandro Ramirez.

Catalan daily Mundo Deportivo have gained knowledge that the former Barcelona striker held talks with the club after watching the B team in action against Osasuna over the weekend and is ready to make a double loan move.

Hughes, who works with former Barcelona youngster Marc Muniesa and Bojan at Stoke, is keen to sign both Adama and Ramirez and utilise them on either wing to support Bojan, who has been in good form this season.

Reports go on to add that a deal could be reached in the coming days and that both will depart Barcelona having received the backing of Luis Enrique, who is keen to allow them playing time in the Premier League.

Stoke will be in action tonight as they face Rochdale in the FA Cup fourth-round.
