Bayern Munich have strongly rejected a £45m bid from Manchester United for Thomas Muller.
The World Cup winner has been in superb form again this season, following on from his goalscoring exploits at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil which helped Germany win the tournament.
The forward has been linked with Manchester United over a number of years, but has always reiterated his desire to remain with the Bundesliga champions.
And, his club have made that wish come true after they rejected a huge bid from Manchester United for the attacker.
United boss Louis van Gaal is keen to work with Muller once more and submitted an offer worth £45m earlier this week, however, it has been rejected by the German club.
Muller’s contract with the Bundesliga champions expires in 2019.
