Chelsea youngster Thorgan Hazard is set to leave the club after failing to break into the first team.
Thorgan, brother of Eden, has yet to make an appearance for Chelsea’s first team despite joining the club from Lens in 2012, the same time Eden moved from Lille for £32m.
The youngster spent two years on loan at Belgian club Zulte Waregem and then agreed a season-long move to Borussia Monchengladbach in July.
The 21-year-old is now impressing in the Bundesliga but his future at Stamford Bridge is unsure, leaving him with a decision to make regarding his future.
Borussia believe they can sign the youngster in January on a permanent deal, something the youngster is keen on.
