Atletico Madrid are planning to make a January move for Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla.
The 29-year-old has become unsettled in London following the World Cup in Brazil, after which he was used more as a substitute than a regular starter.
And, it is believed that his agent has already begun spreading the word back in his native Spain on a potential move in January, which Atletico Madrid have welcomed with open arms.
The Spanish champions are keen to make a move in January for the Spanish international and have set aside a free of just under £10m, which they believe will tempt the Gunners to sell.
Cazorla, who joined Arsenal in 2012 from Malaga has 18 months remaining on his current deal at the Emirates stadium.
