Liverpool loanee Divock Origi has revealed that he would like to permanently join the club in January.
The young Belgian striker made a permanent move to Liverpool in the summer after impressing for both French side Lille and his country.
However, he was immediately loaned back to the Ligue 1 side and has now voiced his desire to return to Liverpool in the upcoming January transfer window.
“It’s not me who makes the decisions, but if the club choose to let me go in January, I would go. I would like to join Liverpool then, ” he was quoted by the Daily Star.
“I’m here at Lille, and it’s fine. They are a good club and they have helped me, but it is also frustrating. I can’t wait to be playing in the Premier League.”
