Arsenal’s Diaby could be out for another three months

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby could be out for three months after a hamstring injury, according to Goal.

The 28-year-old is claimed to have torn his hamstring in training and is now expected to be out until January.

Diaby has slowly worked himself back to fitness this season after tearing a knee ligament in March 2013 and he made a return to playing action against Southampton in the Capital One Cup earlier in September.

But, the French international will now be ruled out until the New Year should his condition and fitness recover.

Diaby first broke his ankle against Sunderland four months after moving to Arsenal in 2006 and has suffered with countless injuries since.

His current contract at the club will expire next summer.
