Former Manchester United boss David Moyes is set to be announced as the new boss at Real Sociedad.
Sitting third bottom in La Liga, having won just one of their 10 games so far this season, Sociedad have been a shadow of the side that qualified for the Champions League last season.
Jagoba Arrasate took over in 2013 and guided the club to a seventh place finish last season, seeing them qualify for the Europa League this campaign.
However, after poor form and mixture of problems off the field, the Basque coach has now been relieved of his duties.
Moyes, who left Man United this summer has received confirmation that they job is his if he wants it, but the Scottish coach has delayed his response.
