Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has reportedly joked about a future move to Napoli, according to Onda Cero.
The Spanish midfielder was linked with an exit from the Emirates stadium this summer but remained at the club.
However, his performances on the field have been far from those that made him one of Spain’s top midfielder’s with Malaga and during his first season with the Gunners.
Further links to a number of clubs, including Spanish champions Atletico Madrid continue to develop, but a reported discussion between Cazorla and Napoli midfielder Jose Callejon have him linked with a move to the Italian club.
Onda Cero report that Callejon asked Cazorla if he would join Napoli, quoting the former Real Madrid as saying: “Would you join Napoli?”.
To which Cazorla replied: “Me a blue? Ask Rafa [Benitez]. I do not rule out anything in the future.”
