Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has reportedly been ruled out for six weeks with a hamstring injury.
The 23-year-old suffered a hamstring problem on Saturday in the 1-1 draw with North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The Welshman was at first unsure how long the injury would keep him out of action but it is now understood that he will face up-to six weeks on the sideline.
His absence may well be felt after a solid start to the season for the midfielder, but boss Arsene Wenger was able to welcome back long-term injury prone Abou Diaby to action at the weekend.
Ramsey will miss this week’s Champions League clash with Turkish club Galatasaray.
