Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski has received no offers from any European clubs, according to his agent.
The German World Cup winner is yet to appear for Arsenal this season after being given extra time off for his exploits in Brazil this summer but his absence has been met with constant rumours regarding his future.
Turkish giants Galatasaray and Italian champions Juventus have both been linked, leading to some reports that a move was on the cards.
However, after speaking to Italian media site Tuttomercatoweb, his agent, Ali Pektas, has confirmed that no offers have been made for the former Bayern Munich star.
“I read in the newspapers that Juventus and Napoli were interested in Lukas,” Pektas told Tuttomercatoweb.
“But there has been no approach from either of those clubs. I don’t know if he will go to Italy in this transfer window. I can’t say anything for sure. The only certainty is that Lukas has a contract with Arsenal.”
