Reus likely to join either Man United or Liverpool this summer

Football Express News understands that Borussia Dortmund are ready to offer Marco Reus to Manchester United and Liverpool this summer.

Marco Reus has been strongly linked with a move away from Bundesliga side Dortmund this summer, with the likes of Man United and Liverpool having been strongly linked.

Despite, Dortmund’s desire to keep hold of the in-form winger, developments and a claim by Bayern Munich over his release clause has led to reports that they are now willing to sell the former Borussia Monchengladbach star.

Bayern chief Karl-Heinze Rummenigge claimed last week that Reus’ asking price of £32.5m will lower to half next summer as his current contract edges closer to expiry.

Dortmund hit back at their Bundesliga rivals but reports in German press claim that they are now keen to sell him this summer and avoid him moving to Bayern, much like Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski did in recent times.

Liverpool are perhaps favourites after submitting a bid two weeks ago following negotiations between their officials and those of Dortmund.

However, United boss Louis van Gaal may want to send out another statement to his Premier League rivals by capturing Reus.
