Football Express News understands that Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has received an offer from a ‘mystery’ club, which has left him questioning his desire to join Manchester United.
The Chilean midfielder has been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer and negotiations between the English club and Juventus have been said to be ongoing.
According to Italian source TuttoSport, the Turin giants believe the Chile international’s future could be decided in the next 48 hours and are already making plans for his potential switch to Old Trafford.
While Liverpool are also said to have expressed an interest in the 27-year-old, bitter rivals United are believed to be willing to pay £39.7million to clinch his signature – which is £10m more than the Merseyside outfit have offered so far.
However, it is now understood that Vidal held a meeting with Juventus officials on Monday morning to discuss his situation and was informed that another club, non-English had made a bid.
The final decision will ultimately rest with the player himself, but the news of another interested club is said to have left him debating his future.
