Football Express News understands that Tottenham Hotspur are set to announce a double deal for Southampton duo Jay Rodriguez and Morgan Schneiderlin.
Since the departure of Mauricio Pochettino as boss at Southampton towards the end of the season, 11 players have left the Southern English club and it is understood that two more are closing in on an exit.
Pochettino swapped the Saints for Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur and is currently scouring the transfer market to bolster his options ahead of the coming season.
Dejan Lovren called time on his short career with Southampton on Monday, completing his move to Liverpool, whilst Calum Chambers joined Arsenal.
And, following their departures, both Jay Rodriguez and Morgan Schneiderlin are set to leave the club and join Pochettino at Spurs.
The former has already agreed personal terms with the North London club, whilst French midfielder Schneiderlin is said to be more than happy to complete the move.
It is now expected that the club will announce the signings later this week.
