Real Madrid will confirm the signing of James Rodriguez on Tuesday, with a presentation set for this evening.
Several news outlets in Spain have reported that the Colombian international will be presented on Tueday evening at the Santiago Bernabeu after agreeing terms on a move over the weekend.
The Colombian attacking midfielder was already a star heading to the World Cup this summer in Brazil but his performances for Colombia which saw him win the Golden Boot award with six goals has further enhanced his reputation as one of the most exciting players in World football.
And, European champions Real Madrid have done all they can to secure a move for him this summer, agreeing a £65m deal with Monaco for his services.
The Colombian international is to sign a five-year deal at the Santiago Bernabeu which would see him earn around £7m per season.
