Man United flop set to join Juventus

Fellaini

Football Express News understands that Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini has begun discussions with Serie A side Juventus over a summer move.

The Belgian midfielder joined United last summer, following David Moyes who also left Everton for a move to Old Trafford but his time with the club has seen him fail to live up to the performances that made enhanced his reputation at Goodison Park.

16 appearances in the Premier League and five more in the Champions League saw Fellaini fail to break into the first team at United, both under Moyes and interim boss Ryan Giggs.

And, it seems that new boss Louis van Gaal is ready to offload the 26-year-old, with Italian champions Juventus resurrecting their interest from two seasons back.

Fellaini offered himself to the Turin side in 2012 whilst at Everton but Juventus then said that he did not fit their profile, cutting short any hopes of a move.

However, a cut-price deal could now have swayed the Italian club, who could lose Arturo Vidal to Manchester United in the process.
