Mohamed Salah looks set to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis after a deal was agreed with Inter Milan, according to Italian reports.
The speedy winger was in superb form for Serie A side Fiorentina last season as he spent a six month loan away from Stamford Bridge.
The Egyptian became an instant hit in Florence and provided a suitable replacement for Juan Cuadrado, who departed the club at the same time for Chelsea.
Aged 22, Salah is not expected to be given a chance to prove himself under Jose Mourinho and has been linked with a second loan spell with Fiorentina.
However, it is understood that a potential change in management has led to doubts over such a deal.
Inter Milan are now keen to make a move, indicating a liking of the youngster, who sent Tottenham Hotspur crashing out of the Europa League and ended Juventus’ 47 game unbeaten run at the Juventus stadium.
