Arsene Wenger has set his sights on Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and is ready to pay up to £28.5 million, according to Bild.

The Gabon forward is known for his speedy dribbles and is seen as the perfect option to bolster Arsene Wenger’s attacking options next season.

Jurgen Klopp’s departure from the German side this summer has seen a number of top players linked with a summer exit also, and Aubameyang is one of those, with Arsenal ready to make a summer move.

Aubameyang was one of the German club’s standout players last season, despite their poor Bundesliga form and it is being reported that Wenger is ready to spend £28.5m on the talented winger.

Marco Reus is also expected to leave the German club this summer and Wenger has remained interested in the Germany international, whilst Mats Hummels is expected to sign for Manchester United.
