Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin wants to move to Manchester United this summer and will snub a move to Arsenal in favour of the Red Devils, according to Metro.
Saints boss Ronald Koeman is somewhat resigned to losing his defensive midfielder, despite offering him a new deal in recent months.
His sale is firmly expected with Koeman keen to look for a suitable replacement in the coming weeks.
However, the French international will not leave if interested clubs do not pay his £24m asking price.
The St. Mary’s club remain adamant that the 25-year-old is worth that amount and will not accept anything less.
It is understood that the Arsenal are willing to spend up to £20m, but the French midfielder is keen on a move to Man United, who are thus far unwilling to pay the said asking price.
