Chelsea begin talks with Pogba over summer switch

Chelsea have begun talks with Juventus over a player-plus-cash deal for Paul Pogba, according to La Stampa.

Pogba, who is set to start in the Champions League final against Barcelona next week signed a new contract at Juve just this season. But the inflated fee hasn’t put off any Premier League suitors.

Manchester United were the first to have their interest recognised as Louis van Gaal hoped to bring the player back to Old Trafford, but it is understood in Italian press that Blues boss Jose Mourinho is edging closer and closer to a summer deal.

Reports claim that Brazilian midfielder Oscar has agreed to join the Italian side and will become part of a £57m deal for the French midfielder.

Although it was reported that Pogba was set to snub all these teams in favour of a move to Spain, it now seems that he would like to work in England after all.
