Manchester United will accept £15m and Daniel Carvajal for David De Gea from Real Madrid, according to reports.

De Gea has been United’s stand out player this season and pushed Chelsea‘s Eden Hazard for the Premier League Player of the Year award, but his future at Old Trafford has been hot on the press.

Links to Madrid have been ever present for the most part of the season with the former Atletico keeper tipped to replace Iker Casillas and was reported earlier this week that negotiations over a deal had ended successfully.

A deal worth £3.6m per season is said to have been agreed with a fee of £29.1m set to be negotiated between United and the reigning European champions.

Following the claims, we have learnt that Madrid full-back Dani Carvajal has been offered to United as part of the deal but it is also now confirmed that the deal will see De Gea cost just £15m.

United are keen to accept, despite the low figure, due to the keeper’s contract expiration next summer.
