Why Koke will be a bad signing for Chelsea?

Numerous reports have linked Athletico Madrid’s Koke to EPL giants Chelsea, but why will Koke be a bad signing for the Blues?

Jose Mourinho is eyeing his first Champions League title with Chelsea next season and will be looking to bring Koke in as backup to make this ambition possible. Mourinho has won two Champions league with Inter Milan and Real Madrid.

Playing for Athelico Madrid since the age of 8, Koke has risen up the ranks to become a force within the club and with Chelsea rumoured to be making a bid for the star will his career take a hit if he decides to make the move?

With Chelsea’s midfield already packing Oscar, Hazard, Cuadrado, Fabregas, Willian, Ramires and Matic where exactly will Koke fit in?

Playing as left midfielder he would be competing with England’s Player of the Year, Eden Hazard for a spot in the starting 11.

New blue Juan Cuadrado was a standout in the Seria A playing with Fiorentina. He was labeled by many as the “Columbian Hazard,” but after joining Chelsea he has only started a handful of matches and hasn’t impressed Mourinho.

If Koke joins Chelsea could the same type of thing happen to him?

Playing 47 matches in all competitions for the 2014/15 season, Koke has scored only 4 goals but created 18 assists for his teammates.

As the summer comes closer and the end of season is near we await to see where this star will be heading.
