Cech OUT, Green IN as Chelsea plan keeper swap

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho are planning to sell Petr Cech this summer and bring in Queens Park Rangers keeper Robert Green for £2m.

Cech has played second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois this season and has been strongly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, gaining interest from the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and other top European clubs.

The Czech Republic keeper is firmly expected to be moved on and the Blues are said to have told interested clubs that he can leave for a transfer fee of £10m.

His sale will see the champions without a back-up keeper for Belgian Courtois but is is being reported that Queens Park Rangers keeper Rob Green has been touted.

Green is available for a fee of £2m this summer after Chris Ramsey’s side were relegated at the weekend and has a keen admirer in Jose Mourinho.

Fulham stopper Marcus Bettinelli has also been linked with Chelsea but he is expected to stay with the Championship side.
