Chelsea stopper Petr Cech is reportedly ready to decide on his Stamford Bridge future, with the Daily Mirror reporting that Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are locked in a two-way battle to secure his services.

Cech has had to play second fiddle to the ever-impressive Thibaut Courtois in the Chelsea goal this season, and now he finally looks set to leave the club.

The Czech Republic international, who signed for Chelsea for just £7m from Rennes in 2004, has been a major hit at the west London club. During his time at the Bridge, Cech has turned himself into one of the world’s best goalkeepers.

The 32-year-old made a rare start in Chelsea’s 3-1 triumph over Leicester City yesterday, but that was only his fifth Premier League start of the season.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with Cech recently, and Arsene Wenger is set to go to battle with PSG boss Laurent Blanc for Cech’s signature.
