Manchester City outcast Stevan Jovetic could be on his way to Inter Milan on loan, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The Montenegro international was signed by Manuel Pellegrini in July 2013, but for one reason or another, the 25-year-old has struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League and has now been heavily tipped for a move away from the Etihad Stadium in the summer.

Inter Milan, Juventus, Roma and Liverpool have all been linked with the forward over the last few days, but Inter are said to be hopeful on securing his signature on loan.

Jovetic arrived at the Etihad with huge promise, but he hasn’t made the impact many expected. With Wilfried Bony arriving in January, added to the fact that City are expected to spend big after a disappointing Premier League campaign, the ex-Fiorentina hitman looks to be on his way out of Manchester and back to Italy.
