Manchester United have been reported to line up a £29m bid for Liverpool target Radja Nainggolan, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Nainggolan is currently co-owned by Italian side Roma and Cagliari, and appears to be set on a move at the end of the season, with his current club unable to afford him on a permanent deal.

Liverpool are reported to be keen on bringing the 26-year-old to Anfield, but according to reports Manchester United are looking to swoop in and land the Belgian international after sending officials to monitor him.

The midfielder is understood to be valued in the region of £29m, and has previously commented that he is ‘50% likely’ to leave Serie A side Roma.

Louis van Gaal’s United side are currently fourth in the Barclays Premier League having accumulated 65 points, with Liverpool in fifth on 58 points.
