Manchester City are planning a £30m bid for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, according to several reports.
Problems on and off the field for England midfielder Jack Wilshere have seen his time at Arsenal be heavily debated in recent weeks.
Wilshere has been unable to impact Arsenal‘s season after more troubling injury problems, whilst his behaviour off the field has been less than impressive.
And, that has now led to a number of reports in England claiming that Manchester City could make a summer move.
Liverpool are also said to be interested as they seek to find a replacement for Steven Gerrard, who will depart the club this summer for Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy.
Arsenal are now keen to stop him from leaving the club and are considering a steep wage rise in order to keep hold of the midfielder.
