Manchester United star Robin van Persie is set to reject offers from Turkish clubs Fenerbahce and Galatasaray and looks to have another shot at the Premier League title with the Red Devils, reports the Sun.

The front-man’s future with United has been doubtful over the last few months, but with a year remaining on his current contract at Old Trafford, he is thought to be looking to see it through until the end.

According to reports, the 31-year-old is sure of his sides ability for next season and will be strong contenders for the title before making his exit.

Turkish clubs Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are both reported to be keen on landing the Dutchman, and are suggested to be putting forward an offer of a three-year deal worth £220,000-a-week – matching his current deal with United.

But the striker is said to be eager to stay with the Red Devils, although United have yet to make any attempt to lock him down on a new long-term deal.

Louis van Gaal’s United side are currently third in the Barclays Premier League having accumulated 65 points, one point behind Arsenal in second.
