Chelsea have reportedly offered £15m to sign Palermo star Paulo Dybala, but face competition from Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and Juventus, reports Goal.

The Blues have put forward a €41m bid for Palermo striker Paulo Dybala according to the player’s agent, Gustavo Mascardi.

The Argentine has netted 13 goals and made 10 assists for the Italian side this term and has made comments that this could be his last campaign with Palermo.

Club president Maurizio Zamparini has already revealed that both Juventus and Arsenal are interested in snapping up the forward and Mascardi says they are not the only clubs to have shown interest in his client.

“Paris St Germain have already come forward with an offer of about €46m and Chelsea had already reached €41m,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“We’re now at the stage where the price cannot be lower than €50m [£36m]. Paulo is in no hurry and will take his decision calmly.”

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side are currently top of the Barclays Premier League having accumulated 76 points, 10 points ahead of Arsenal in second.
