Inter Milan are keen to test Manchester United’s interest in Stoke City’s Asmir Begovic this summer, according to various reports.

United are set to lose the services of David De Gea this summer after reports emerged before the weekend that the Spaniard has agreed a deal in principle with Real Madrid.

A number of potential replacements have been linked with the Old Trafford outfit since, with Stoke stopper Begovic being one of those.

However, according to reports in Italian press, the Bosnian keeper has emerged as a target for Inter Milan, who could be set to lose present number one – Samir Handanovic.

Begovic is set to enter the final year of his current deal at the Brittania stadium and the Italian side believe they can beat off United and other interested sides like Real Madrid.
