Bayern Munich have entered the race for Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado, according to fresh reports in Italy.

The Viola have scheduled a meeting for today in order to discuss the future of the highly-rated Colombia international and Italian source The Nation claims the Bundesliga giants are the latest club to express an interest in his services.

They join La Liga runners-up Barcelona and Serie A champions Juventus in the pursuit of the 26-year-old, who has caught the eye with a string of impressive displays for his national side in the World Cup.

He has helped them reach the knock-out stages and is sure to be a key man again in Saturday’s showdown with Uruguay.

The latest report claims Fiorentina directors will deliberate on not only their stance but also the valuation of Cuadrado, in light of the fact that he is performing so well on the biggest stage in world football.

Should Colombia progress in the competition by pulling off another victory on Saturday night, the Italian club could find itself in a position to demand more money next week.

Barcelona are already said to have suggested a £20million deal, but Fiorentina are believed to be holding out for around £30m.

Cuadrado scored 13 goals in 38 appearances for his club last term while also receiving 12 yellow cards and one red.
