Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will be looking to add some fresh talent in preparation for next season, and according to reports the Blues are keen to sign Benfica winger Nico Gaitan.
The 27-year-old arrived at current club Benfica in 2010 but has been linked with moves away from the Estadio da Luz, and has been reported to be carrying a release clause worth £27m in his current contract.
The talented winger has been known to be on Chelsea’s radar and the Blues will be confident to put forward an offer for the former Boca Juniors man in the summer.
Chelsea are currently top of the Barclays Premier League having accumulated 73 points, seven points ahead of Arsenal in second.
