Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has discussed his side’s title ambitions, saying they are taking ‘game after game’ as the season comes to an end.

The Blues are currently seven points clear of second-placed Arsenal and have a game in hand of their Premier League title rivals.

Jose Mourinho’s side last won the title in the 2009-2010 season and Hazard believes they are on course to end their trophy drought, discussing the confidence in the side.

“We are confident as a team – we are first in the Premier League and we are just taking it game after game,” he is quoted as saying by the Daily Express.

“We played beautiful football in our last match against Stoke, and we deserved to score three or four, but the most important thing was the victory.

“We just want to bring the trophy back to Stamford Bridge.”

Chelsea face QPR at Loftus Road on Sunday.
