Inter Milan join Liverpool & Arsenal in race for Spanish winger

Inter have entered the race to sign Barcelona forward Pedro Rodriguez, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The 27-year-old Spanish international has been a key player for Barca since he was handed his debut by former boss Pep Guardiola in 2008, whilst his form has seen him hold down a regular spot with Spain.

However, the arrivals of Neymar and Luis Suarez in recent years at Camp Nou have seen the Tenerife born winger replaced and it is fully expected that he will be sold this summer.

Barca, of course are banned from making signings until January 2016, but they have depth in their forward options with the likes of Sandro Ramirez, Munir El Haddadi and Adama Traore all given first team action this season.

Pedro, whose current deal expires in 2016, is currently valued at £22m by the Catalan club, making the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United keen to explore the possibility of a summer move.

Whilst, Inter Milan have now joined the race, hoping they can lure the winger to the San Siro as they bid to replace Lukas Podolski, who has been unimpressive during his loan spell from Arsenal.
