Dani Alves seems destined to leave the Nou Camp this summer after he rejected their final contract offer.

Alves’ agent, Dinorah Santana, said on Thursday that ‘negotiations are over’ with Barcelona after his client did not sign their latest 3-year contract offer.

The Brazilian right-back met with the club’s representatives before Wednesday’s La Liga clash with Almeria to discuss his future. Though Alves had requested a three-year deal, the conditions were such that he would only be able to see out the whole three years if he participated in over 60 percent of the club’s matches next season.

With this lack of stability surrounding Barcelona’s offer, Alves has made it clear that he has no intention of being at the Catalan club next season.

However, Alves won’t have to worry about financial security or playing time as several of Europe’s top clubs are monitoring the player’s situation, with one having already made an offer according to the player’s agent.

It is understood that this contract offer has come from Paris Saint-Germain, and guarantees the player at least three years, with an option to extend if he so wishes.

Man United are also supposedly in the running to snap up the full-back at the end of the season.
