Dinamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko is ready to agree to a £19m move to Chelsea over Liverpool, according to Express.
Yarmolenko is set to leave current club Dinamo Kiev this summer and looks to join a top club in the Premier League.
Liverpool have been keeping the forward under their radar and have been linked with a deal, but according to reports it seems the 25-year-old would favour a move to Chelsea.
The blues have also been keen on the player and a £19m deal is thought to be completed in the summer.
Yarmolenko has been in sensational form this term, netting 15 goals in just 29 appearances.
Chelsea are currently top of the Barclays Premier League having accumulated 70 points, with Liverpool in fifth on 54 points.
