Manchester City are keen to make a summer move for England duo Jack Wilshere and Jordan Henderson, according to reports.
The Premier League champions have fallen short of a potential title challenge this season in recent weeks and talk has already begun about a squad overhaul this coming summer which could also see a change in management.
A number of players are being linked with a move to the Etihad stadium and it is understood that both Arsenal’s Wilshere and Liverpool’s Henderson are on the agenda.
Wilshere has failed to impress for Arsenal this season, having struggled with injuries and off-field issues and it is has been reported that he could be sold on by boss Arsene Wenger.
Henderson, meanwhile, has recently rejected a new and improved contract at Anfield and could leave the club this summer.
