Manchester United have been strongly linked with Firmino in recent weeks, with Red Devil scouts frequently being seen at Hoffenheim games.

And now a shock deal has surfaced, the Daily Star reports United have completed a deal and agreed terms to bring the 23-year-old to Old Trafford at the end of the season.

It has been suggested that an £18.6m fee has been agreed and the transition is looking likely to go through in the summer.
