Fiorentina have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Mohamed Salah permanently for £13m, according to various reports.
The speedy winger has been in superb form for the Italian side after joining them on a six month loan deal in January, scoring three Serie A goals in six games.
The Egyptian has instantly become a fan favourite in Florence, providing a replacement for Juan Cuadrado, who departed the club for Chelsea over the winter period.
Aged 22, Salah is not expected to be given a second chance at Stamford Bridge, despite his on-field performances which have seen him send Tottenham crashing out of Europe and end Juventus’ 47-game unbeaten run at the Juventus stadium.
Fiorentina are keen to agree a deal and have submitted a bid in the region of £13m.
