Chelsea are interested in making a double move for Valencia duo Andre Gomes and Jose Gaya, Football Express News understands.
Young Spanish left back Gaya has been heavily impressing since he made his senior debut for Valencia in 2012 against UE Llagostera in the Copa del Rey.
His performances at the Mestalla have seen a number of top European clubs show interest, including Arsenal, whom boss Arsene Wenger is said to be extremely keen on making a £15m deal for the 19-year-old.
Chelsea are now said to be keen after they took a closer look at both the defender and midfielder Andre Gomes.
Gomes signed for Valencia in 2014 and has been a key part of their revival in La Liga, helping them to a present third place.
One problem for the Blues’ interest could be Valencia’s demands of a £36m asking price of the Portuguese midfielder, whilst they would expect a similar figure for Gaya.
