Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom has joined Nottingham Forest on loan until the 31st of May.
The young striker will be hopeful of impressing Forest manager Dougie Freedman during his short loan spell and will want to make the most of his first team appearances for the Championship outfit in order to stake a claim in the Arsenal first team next season.
The 19 year old has made just seven appearances for Arsenal and is yet to net a goal for Arsenal’s first team this campaign.
Akpom scored for England’s U20 side against Mexico in the 1-1 draw on Wednesday night and will now embark on his third loan spell away from the Emirates, having had spells with Coventry City and Brentford.
