Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has made Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson a top summer transfer target, according to various reports.
United sent chief scout Jim Lawlor to watch the Brazilian forward in action for Lazio this summer as they beat Verona 2-0 in which he scored.
Anderson, has now been added to Van Gaal’s list of potential summer targets after an impressive run of performances.
The 21-year-old only signed a new contract with the Serie A club last week but it is understood that United are confident they can lure him to Old Trafford in June.
It is believed that Lazio would be willing to sell for a fee of around £30m.
