Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud has overtaken Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo for goals and assists in 2015, something fans of the club have enjoyed on Twitter.
The French striker has been in sensational form since the turn of the year, scoring three goals this week with one coming against Monaco on Tuesday night and an impressive double over Newcastle which helped the Gunners seal three important points.
Giroud now stands above current Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo in terms of goals and assists for 2015.
And, Arsenal’s fans have taken to social media platform Twitter to celebrate their striker’s recent form.
