Paris Saint-Germain have made an £8.5m bid for Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta, according to Metro.
The 25-year-old Spanish full-back joined Chelsea from Marseille in 2012 and has quickly gained recognition for a number of key performances, being utilised at both right and left back by Jose Mourinho this season.
The Spanish international has kept the likes of former Blues defender Ashley Young and La Liga winner Filipe Luis out of the starting eleven at Stamford Bridge.
And, it is understood that PSG are keen to bring him back to France.
Chelsea will welcome PSG to London for the second leg of their last-16 Champions League clash on Wednesday, prompting further speculation that the reported bid is an attempt to distract the Blues.
