Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has denied contract talks with Arsenal, but has admitted interest from other clubs.
The 25-year-old has been in consistently good form this season under the guidance of Ronald Koeman at St Marys, gaining interest from a number of Premier League and European sides.
Manchester United, Barcelona and Arsenal have been linked with a move, however, the Frenchman has denied talks with the latter after reports surfaced that a deal in principle had been agreed.
“I haven’t had contact with Wenger,” Schneiderlin told Canal+. “Clubs are interested in me but I’ve not given my word to anyone.”
Schneiderlin was then asked if he was having second thoughts over a move to a bigger club, after watching Yohan Cabaye struggle since his move from Newcastle United to Paris Saint Germain.
“No, because I want to play at the highest level, Cabaye is an excellent player who joined PSG to win titles.”
