Paris Saint Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is doing all he can to force through a summer move to Chelsea, Football Express News understands.

The 33-year-old has played an important part in helping PSG win two Ligue 1 titles and has further enhanced his career by having won a league title with every team he has played for.

Titles in Italy with Inter Milan, Juventus and Milan, an Eredivisie title with Ajax, a La Liga triumph with Barcelona and two titles with PSG make him one of the most glorified players in the history of the game.

However, it is understood that the Sweden international is keen to add the Premier League to his list of accolades.

“Zlatan still has a year and a half on his contract,” Mino Raiola told RMC. “He is happy in Paris, he tries to do his best and is in good shape, though he had some problems this year. But for Zlatan the future is short.

“I don’t know if he can finish his career at PSG. He worked for himself for 15 years, now he will work for me for the next eight years. I think he can play until he is 42 or 43 but I don’t know if he will play another eight years at PSG.”

Ibrahimovic has scored 17 goals in all competitions this season and has been in typically brilliant form.

The former Barcelona forward further backed up Raiola’s comment in what seems to be an attempt to pursue a summer move to Chelsea.

Ibrahimovic told Telefoot: “I had a great experience with Jose [Mourinho]. We worked together for one year at Inter. The feeling was great between us and my only regret is that we were together for only one year.”
