Tottenham, Manchester United and Liverpool have been told to forget about signing Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette by the Ligue 1 club’s president.

The French striker has scored 21 goals in Ligue 1 this season and has attracted the likes of many on-looking European sides, who have all enquired as to his current asking price, reportedly set at around £20m.

And, it is understood that Premier League trio Man United, Spurs and Liverpool are now seriously considering a summer move, with the latter keen to find a replacement for Mario Balotelli, who has struggled to make an impact at Anfield.

Spurs are also favourites to capture the Frenchman and are reportedly ready to offload Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor.

However, Jean Michel Aulas has told those interested parties to forget making a summer move.

“Impossible. He will be with us at the Stade des Lumieres and in the Champions League,” Aulas told the Newcastle Chronicle.
